Leclerc: In the remaining races we will prepare for 2023
The Ferrari driver actually admitted that the fight for the title is over for him

Six races before the end of the season, Charles Leclerc is 116 points behind Max Verstappen in the drivers championship.
In Singapore, the Ferrari driver actually admitted that the fight for the title is over for him, and in the remaining Grand Prix the team will focus on preparing for the 2023 season.
Charles Leclerc: "This time before the race in Singapore, we had a two-week break, during which we were able to purposefully prepare for the race. I trained in the sauna to get my body used to the high temperatures that I have to deal with in the cockpit.
It is critically important to pay attention to every detail. Of course, this is important at every stage, but in Singapore it is necessary to keep a clear mind during the final laps of the race, when the body gets more and more tired. This is one of the challenges we are dealing with on this track – one of my favorites along with Monaco and Baku.
We want to improve in the races – every time we have to combine the potential of the team and the car. When we manage to do this, we get the expected results, but we don't always manage to do it.
After the summer break, Red Bull took another step forward in terms of competitiveness. This season we are usually competitive in qualifying, but we lost points in races for various reasons. If we want to achieve more next year, we must strive for excellence. We want to use the remaining six races of the season to start preparing for next year”.
