Toto Wolff: We have nine more chances to fight for victory
Toto Wolff recalled the Hungarian stage and talked about plans for the future

Before the start of the weekend in Spa, Mercedes team leader Toto Wolff recalled the Hungarian stage and talked about plans for the future…
Toto Wolff: "We went on a summer break after a series of successful races, and the race in Hungary was the most productive for us in the season. While we cannot fight for victories, but the gap is narrowing – we need to continue to gain momentum, pressing rivals.
The summer break was important for the team, allowing a little rest, recuperation, spending time with their families, who provide invaluable support to all our employees during the season.
We are set for an intense fight in the second part of the season – we have nine more opportunities to make progress and, hopefully, compete with Red Bull and Ferrari for victories.
The spa needs no introduction. A classic old-school track, where many memorable moments have happened, this weekend is a real test for cars and racers. We are happy to be back, we hope to please the fans and celebrate the 55th anniversary of Mercedes-AMG by holding some fun events”.
